What this page is not for
This form is not a complaints line for Betfair. The operator runs its own customer support, and disputes about bets, accounts or payments belong there. If you have written to us expecting the casino to see your message, that will not happen. We are an independent review site, not a branch of the operator.
How your message is used
Everything you type into the form stays with us. We read each message and use it to check whether the reviews we publish still match what players actually experience. If several people report the same problem, we go back to the relevant page and update it. That is the only reason we ask for feedback in the first place.
We do not sell the information, we do not pass it to Betfair, and we do not add you to any mailing list. Your details are kept only for as long as we need them to act on your message, then they are deleted.
What makes a message useful
A short note works, but a specific one works better. Tell us which page you were reading and what on it did not match your own experience. If a bonus term read one way on our site and another way on Betfair’s, quote the wording from both. If a payout took longer than the review suggested, say which method you used and roughly how long it took. Dates help us tie your report to the right version of the page.
You do not need to give your real name. A working email address is useful if we need to ask a follow-up question, but you can leave it out and still send the message. We will not contact you otherwise.
What we cannot do
We cannot intervene in a dispute, refund money or change a decision Betfair has made. We also cannot verify every claim we receive, so a single message will not automatically alter a review. What it will do is get read and, where the pattern holds, get acted on. If you are chasing a withdrawal or need account help, go to the operator’s own support channels first.
If your message relates to gambling harm, we are not the right place for that either. The review pages list the responsible-gambling tools Betfair offers, including self-exclusion. For immediate help, contact the support organisations named there rather than writing to us.
